1. Who We Are

God's Way Prison Ministry is a faith-based nonprofit organization serving incarcerated and formerly incarcerated individuals in North Carolina through outreach, mentorship, and reentry support. [GWPM is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization.]

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site to learn about our programs, apply to volunteer, apply for reentry support, and make donations. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Submit false or misleading information on any form

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or our systems

• Use the Site to harass, threaten, or harm any person

• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site

3. Applications and Submissions

When you submit a Volunteer Application, Reentry Program Application, or any other form, you confirm that the information you provide is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into any program. All volunteers are subject to screening, training, and approval requirements, including those of any correctional facility partner.

4. Eligibility

Some programs, including facility-based volunteering, require volunteers to be at least 21 years of age and to meet additional eligibility criteria set by GWPM and our facility partners. We reserve the right to decline or remove any applicant or volunteer at our discretion.

5. Donations

Donations made through the Site are voluntary contributions to support GWPM's mission and programs. Donations are generally non-refundable. [If GWPM holds 501(c)(3) status, donations may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law; consult your tax advisor.] Donation payments are processed by a third-party payment processor, and use of that service is subject to the processor's own terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of GWPM or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

The Site may link to or use third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GWPM and its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in our programs.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GWPM, its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
